Está amada ,es muy parecida a la que está en mi trabajo. Yo soy mecánico y le fabricó las herramientas, una de las que hice fue ,para perforar 80 barrenos de un 1/8 , de un golpe .

Mr.Operator ,just a little suggestion for safety to avoid the crash ,need to bend corner's , so it doesn't catch the bottom tool covers when the carousel spin ! 🤗😊🤗

We had the first Viprose 357 it was prototype with 4 auto indexes. I ran it after lunch to keep it running. Ours ran 24 hours a day 6 days a week. Yes they are very good machines.

It's a lot cooler in person, you can feel the strikes through the air/ground. It's like when a train drives by.

He was running thin gage stainless steel. There wouldn't be much to feel. I use to work in a sheet metal shop. I've ran a Viprose 357 before. It's a very good machine. But mostly I was a setup operator for the Break Presses. The punches we had were The Viprose, Pega, Pega 2 , And a Vella. We also had a cell that loaded and unloaded the sheet metal. The Break Presses were 2 Fab 50's and a Fab 100 , 2 Verson manual Presses and a Pasific Hydrolic 12 foot. And 3 Komatsu Presse.

Holding the sheet overhang is right but how it's done really is squat in front of the table and let the overhang slide on your head. It's what jeremy does and it's the best practice.

I remember putting the whole staff of sheets in a machine and a suction cup or something would pick it up one piece at a time. that was almost 20 years ago though work in sheet metal shops in the winter when roofing was slow for me. but yes I seem to remember an automated version of this machine where you put the whole stack of sheet metal in and and arm picked up the pieces one at a time

the best advice is to keep a pen and paper in hand and take notes, hopefully the person training you knows what they are doing, and if they do then you should be fine. it's easy once you get the hang of it, I've ran the one in this video, a vipros, but right now I'm on a Pega. I ran a 2510 and that was sweet. I've also ran a finnpower p5 turret and that was cool.
