Am I 🔥🔥INFLAMED?-----3 Lab Markers for Inflammation

Acute inflammation🔥🔥- 3 lab markers
Acute Phase Reactants are inflammatory proteins that elevated when there is tissue stress, infection, food proteins and psychological stress.
1. CRP C-Reactive Protein 0-3
Half life is about 4-7 hours. Lab range 0-3
CRP will rise within 4-6 hours after initial onset of stressors and peak within 36-50 hours.
2. ESR 0-32
Acute phase reactant that causes an increased ESR is fibrinogen
Increases within the first 24 hours and can remain elevated for days to weeks because fibrinogen’s ½ life is approximately 100 hours
3. Ferritin
Lab range 12-300. Ideally below 150
Can stay elevated for 6-8 hours. Do not take iron when ferritin is elevated because it can create a Fenton reaction which increases inflammation. Elevated ferritin doesn’t mean iron overload. With Iron overload there will be an increase in iron saturation.
Ferritin over 1000 and low albumin think possible malignancy.

2 out of 3. ESR is not a good marker for inflammation. The vast majority of the time ESR will show false negative when the patient does in fact have inflammation. Homocysteine far better inflammatory marker.

I caused severe pain in my gut and acid after a pint of IPA, and 2 portions-of deep dried food at a pub. Oysters and french fries and two fried tuna. Still pain day later. What are some ways I can heal? Picked up leaky gut powder, honey, my oxbile supplement & papaya enzymes, and I will avoid any food like that AGAIN.

Are there lab markers for chronic inflammation (perhaps "potential" for inflammation)?

How should one interpret it if their CRP is much lower than the average person's, but all other biomarkers are the same as the average? How significant is the CRP then?
