Ingredients for tomato chatni-
Tomato - 500 kg
Cooking oil -1 tbs
cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
fennel- 1/2 tsp
black cumin- 1/4th tsp
carrom seeds- 1/4th tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Dry red chilli -2
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4th TSP
Hing- -2 pinch
Sugar - 1 Cup or 250 gram
Dates (seedless)- 7 - 8
Raisin - 2 tbs
