It's quite Normal here in Europe, they hire immediately because here such type of jobs are available mostly and easily..I also work In TJ X in Germany Nd lot of hardwork one has to do..indeed here for learning every fundamental things one has to work and no one has time for pick and drop or any comfort zone..here life style is like this..and above all here in Germany language which is mandatory to learn and speak ,you have no choice..even throughout in Europe, you have to learn respective languages as well...
