I've always found that one super interesting, because it's very much a Rob-style delivery coming from Glenn. Rob always talks about how he emulates the other guys in his acting because he believes they're better and funnier actors, but Glenn definitely borrowed that one from Rob, and nobody ever mentions it! (This isn't criticism to either actor, because I love them both. Just something I've always noticed.)

You can also clearly tell Charlie is laughing. In the blooper reel for that scene all the shots of him are him laughing. I'm willing to bet they couldn't get nearly any useable footage other than that so they had to cut around it as much as they could lol

For me, it's the way Charlie does a double take in absolute disbelief and horror. It's my favorite scene in the show just for that single second reaction. Plus, Kaitlyn is just scarily good at making a real puking sound, which makes me want to gag too every time.

That is a really good point about why this is one of the best shows ever. All five main actors can deliver a line so well, like Seinfeld. Unique tone, unique personality, but so consistent and bounce off of each other perfectly
