To me, her short appearance is what I remember most from this film along with the most beautiful, underrated score by John Williams.

Crazy how in one of her first films like "roman holiday" she was the one getting a haircut, now shes the one who's cutting the hair. I feel like the directors did this purposely to see if we caught it, well done to the directors!

Roman Holiday was Audrey's first Hollywood film and this movie was her last (her last film overall). Kudos to the director for this magnificent scene!

Yeah but the movie director didn't exactly know it was her last movie. It was probably the universe rather than the movie makers.

A lovely woman in every way possible.

What a gorgeous, kind, warm and calm woman she was... She must've been a soothing person to be around.

i always wanted to believe that when my beautiful mother died that she was never really gone, she was still here i just coulnt see her, she was a great mother, the best i could have wished for, i miss her but i know deep down that she is still here in some way and 1 day we will meet again, love you mum

What a beautiful thought to have Audrey accompany you to the other side. How divine! Also, it is so fitting her last role on screen is that of an angel. Divine intervention. God specifically planned that.

Wow. My greatest inspiration. Audrey remained elegant from her first second on camera till her last.

The perfect part for her, everything about her...her looks.the way she moved, even her voice, gives you the sense that she is an Angel.

The John Williams music in this scene really is heavenly. He evokes the perfect atmosphere for the segment in the high grass, as Hap explains how the living and the dead are connected. Inspiration...

She is eternally beautiful and a kindred spirit

I love how, being an angel, she knows the exact moment he thinks about Dorinda, well before he even says her name.

So lovely is she. No time passes for her perfection between then and now.

I'm pretty sure in some language the word Hepburn means "Beautiful at any age."

Did anyone else unexpectedly start crying? She was so special and to see her act in a Spielberg film to a John Williams score in that beautiful iconic hepburn outfit... as an angel. She got the final role she deserved and we got a parting gift from a star

I did when I watched this movie just today for this first time…right when Audrey is shown 😭😭😭

I think all of us would love a chance to say something about our lives after we've died. "I did that!" is what we'd all love to say to everyone a last time about an accomplishment, big or small. One last time...not a chance but a time...to exclaim that we existed and did things.

It movie is wonderful,Audrey Repburn,beautiful woman.

I just realized Audrey Hepburn was in a movie of modern genius Steven Spielberg. Though she worked in movies by Billy Wilder, Stanley Donen, William Wyler and Fred Zinneman. I wished she had collaborated with Stanley Kubrick, Alfred Hitchcock, Martin Scorsese, Orson Welles and Satyajit Ray (whom she presented the Academy Honorary Award in 1992).

A movie that should be known

Ironic that her final role was as an angel.

3:26+ this is a very underrated score by John Williams. It's powerful, moving, and he's the only one who could write music for the ethereal like this.

This movie should have gotten the respect it deserved. A remake of “A Guy Named Joe”

Hi. After working in the woods most of my life, since I was 19 years old. I see this movie as a cheesy copy reality. . It is true in some respects. The aircraft are what they call two seaters. I am older now. 60. I appreciate the Dreyfus and Hepurn scene. Getting his hair cut in the middle of the woods. I have done it many times . I have sat down with men in flight suits, on fires, in my time. Broke bread and ate dinner with them. They are the salt of the earth and do there jobs well. Vic Umpqua, Oregon .

It was a good film .Funny and sad at times.Great aviation sequences. But this scene is so poignant in the movie and real life. brings tears to the eyes I think she had already been diagnosed at this time.? I would like to think we would all be met with a serene soul like hers from time to time.
