I have a question what your opinion about punching in a street fight or is it better doing palm strikes and hammer first?

Well punching would hurt ur hands and break easy on ur opponents head but palm strikes are way more effective then punching

Punching can look bad on CCTV if you end up getting collared.

I’m a physician. The 22 year old male with a broken right hand is so common it’s basically a cliche. Closed fist (leading with knuckles) against hard target is a bad idea, period.
