ALWAYS FUN LAPS when you're riding

I took some time to hit the Deep Run pump track here in Henrico, VA for some midday laps and then took myself out to Richmond BMX race track for some laps later in the day. It might have been overcast, but it is always fun to run and catch some air.

    Yeah, I thought I would at least have some push bike kids and their moms out there, but it was a ghost town.
