I would like to thank my dad for always playing bon jovi songs in the car, he has been influencing me and my music taste for the past 18 years of my existence. The 70s, 80s, and 90s have cool tracks that I've recently been adoring, as it reminds me of my parents and how they would have loved jamming to these back when they were in their teens like how I'm jamming to modern songs nowadays.

You are very lucky that you had such a wise dad, who teached you music, and also let you hear music. I had to fight my own acquired taste against my dads criticism, that it made no sense, and most of all, was not political correct. Something that you should not do. You can imagine how much that hurts when you are 14 years old. I let it all go and went completely my own way, when music is concerned. I'm 63 now, and I'm very happy that I did. Next year I will celebrate my 50 years listening to pop music.

Bon Jovi and Freddie Mercury's voices are something that needs to be told for centuries.... absolutely incredible

My Dad, made a lot of bad choices in his life. He was a member of an motorcycle organization. He was facing life in prison in 1993 when I was 4. He hung himself, but before he did he wrote a note to me and my mother dedicating this song to me. After years of listening to this song, I finally get it Dad. I started listening to old music when I was about 12 but never was quite interested but when I got to about 16 yrs old these songs just did something to my soul my whole family tells me all the time I’m an old soul with a young body and I believe it because there’s something about these classics that very many don’t understand but it’s really their loss because it’s nothing like we will ever hear again ever I’ve just turned 20 Music like this and this goes for any type of classic or old school genre of music it’s a big part of reason as to why I’ve started learning the guitar and I’ve been at it for about 3 years
