Apllication: this machine is used for processing aluminium curtain wall and lighting skylight profiles.
Function: notching any kinds of shapes at the end side of profiles.
Angle range: saw blades can swing at any angle within +/-45°, that means, the machine can cut out the special angle of the end of the required profile at one time when two blades work together.
Adjustment: the angle change of both saw blades, as well as the worktable height of the machine can be easily adjusted by turning the worm gear manually.
Safety shell: considering the aspect of safe operation, it is equipped with a protective shell to safeguard the safety of the workers.
Smooth movement: the machine head moves left and right with the slide base on the circular guide rail. There is a linear motion vice between the slide base and the guide rail. The left and right movement of the machine head is light and flexible, which ensures the smoothness of the movement.
Operation speed: the feeding is completed by double-action pneumatic-hydraulic conversion cylinder. Its pneumatic control system has the function of stepless speed regulation, according to the processing needs, can adjust its feeding and returning speed, so that it has the function of slow feeding and fast returning.
