From a standard tipper to a arborist aluminium plank body with front toolbox. nice conversion here to a 7.5ton standard tipper body, shortened to fit full width toolbox with shelf to carry strimmers, blowers etc, high side aluminium plank body with double barn doors

Nice job , but why is the second top back door so high ? , surely you’d never reach that from the ground
Hi, you didn’t need to put any barrier in between the Aluminium and bare steel to prevent corrosion to the aluminium no?

We use a zinc primer and sealer/ glue on the steel frame which stops water ingress and protects from rust

What was the rough cost of that build minus the tool locker

@@brent2691 This is a 7.5ton body so has larger sides than a standard van, for this build with out the toolbox is around 5000.00 + vat
