Watching your husband sanding that beautiful beam reminds me of how much I liked sanding wood. My late father had a lumber yard in Middletown, Pennsylvania and we grew up with wood and I appreciate anyone that understands and works with wood.

And the butter you are using to sauté the onions ….. we all that clarified butter where the whey is removed so that the smoking point is higher. It is also called ghee. Do you make that yourself or buy it? Also, I was wondering if you could video where you do your shopping for the things you need to buy. That would be very interesting I think for your followers. Please do not think I am being bossy in suggesting that. These videos you do are fantastic. Just I personally would really enjoy seeing your shops. What a BEAUTIFUL beam. What species of wood is it? Oak? I was wondering too where your husband buys the shellac? Years ago when I was a little girl we had a hardware store in the town where I lived. The stores were all over the country and I always liked to go in them. They all had a certain wonderful smell to them. Now we still have them but a national chain called Home Depot and Lowes are very popular and they have a very good business. I think your husband would enjoy walking through either store. Thank you again for sharing a day in your life. Your flat bread …. Is it just flour, salt and water? I would like to try and make that. I have seen you do them before. What video is that?
