OK Emma, there are loads of such type of words and collocations in English! Here are some of them, not much. They mightn't absolutely familiar to 'BUT' although I know a lot of speakers of English are using them all most of time. *Perhaps* *Besides* *Moreover* *Furthermore* *As a result* *In addition to...* *More by token* *Even so* *For all that* *All the same* *Just the same* *By the same token* *By this token* *Beyond* *On the top of that* *All in all* *As well as that* *By and large* *Overall* *On the whole* *I stick to the point that...* *More than that* *In other words...* *Notwithstanding* *Nonetheless* *It goes without saying* *Without any further ado...* *The last but definitely not least...* *Needless to say...* *There's one more thing to do/say/perform (any other verb)* *To put it mildly/bluntly...* *I have no doubt* *To say/put it another way...* *Generally (speaking)...* *In general...* *In reality...* *Last of all...* *At the very least...* *Roughly speaking...* *For the most part* *To cut a long story short...* *On the contrary* *Finally...* *Factually* *In fact* *Let alone* *Considering...* *Regardless of...* *Not to speak of...* *Not speaking about...* *Say nothing of...* *Not to mention that...* *Concerning to...* *Meanwhile* *In the meantime* *Lastly...* *To sum up...* *In conclusion* *In a nutshell...* *In the end...* *In most cases...* *All things considered...* *I tend/ I prone/ I'm inclined to suppose...* Oops!... So sorry for such a gigantic list of phrases, it's by the reason I just love learning them and I was learning them many years ago. There aren't all these type of collocations at all, it's just that I could remember instantly, to my memory! Thanks Emma! You're my adorable teacher and additionally, a very attractive woman! Greetings from Ala Moana, Honolulu💖💖💖

Hey Emma would u mind making more lessons on formal words which can be used in academic writing? Your lessons are rad, and I would love to learn academic words or vocab with your lessons. Really psyched for those lessons, so please make one asap! Maybe next tuesday?
*_Thanks, my lovely English coach for such a useful lesson!👍_* *_Indeed, I should confess I know these really Advanced phrases. It's on the one hand. Yet on the other hand, I use_* *_them not as so much and frequently as I'd like to do it, it's a fact. Apparently, I just need to expand my English_* *_spoken vocabulary ASAP (urgently). And my beloved teacher EMMA helps me lots of in that though._* *_Thanks once again, Emma! You're blessed! Having a fun 'n' interesting week! See you tomorrow 💘💘💘_*

English is tough, learning with Emma is easy though. To be totally up front, it took me some time until I got my head around what was going on with this language. I made countless mistakes and I still make a few, however, my stubborn consistency doesn't allow me to give up. Life is crazy and sometimes I don't get around to attaining all my daily goals but on the other hand, my excuses are getting better all the time😄. Nevertheless, I have to take responsibility for my studies because no one is going to do the work for me, and come to think of it, it's a process that takes time and patience. It's kind of a long journey. That said, I have to pull myself together and get down to work because English is not only a language, yet a bridge that helps us to connect with each other. English might be difficult but not impossible. Don't beat yourself up, instead, keep up the great work. There's nothing unattainable, your effort will pay off soon💙. Apart from practicing my writing skills nothing much :))).
