As Laurie said, trying to deny the fear doesn't work. You start by accepting that it's there and very real.

After Michael had answered the phone, it was no longer fear in Laurie, but rage.

I love how you kept the music playing when the “FEAR” showed up at the end.

A nice call back to the original When she hears his breathing she looks sad and shaking her head at first then the rage starts to show afterwards now she knows Michael has killed her daughter. Definitely prefer this ending

She knew right away Karen was killed and now she wants revenge.

This is way better than the theatrical version, where it just cuts off after Karen drops dead. I don’t really love either version though, since I don’t believe NO ONE noticed what was happening.

Originally, this would've filmed back-to-back with Ends back in 2019, but then.... *COVID happens* ☝🏻😐 so the production delayed, in hiatus and under full restrictions, so they scrapped this (original alternate) ending with theatrical abrupt-ending by doing the 4 yrs time jump instead.

I know this isn't really important, but can I just say how AWESOME those jeans are on Jamie Lee Curtis? As a woman of fashion, I approve!!! (I wonder what brand they are? I could use some jeans like that in my wardrobe! LOL)

It’s not that difficult. The screen says “slide to answer” when you get a phone call. So it’s pretty simple. He also knew how to drive a car very well in the original so between driving a car without lessons and answering a smart phone, I buy he could answer a smart phone of he could drive a car.

@Sean Michael i actually loved halloween ends . The ending was so satisfying. And Laurie was vicious as she should’ve been .That final fight was so epic.But I would’ve loved to see flashbacks of her in 2018 where she loses her mind after finding out that micheal killed her daughter.

They were originally planning to make all 3 films take place on the same night. So if they made halloween ends take place in 2018 this ending wouldve made more sense as a cliffhanger for michael and lauries final fight

Según porque la idea original es que la trilogia de situara en la misma noche y luego decidieron que la última será 4 años después, por eso no quedaría Laurie yendo a cazar a Michael

What I want to know is... how did he teleport behind Karen? He doesn't sneak up behind her from the left or right, and there is no one behind her as she approaches the window between her back and the bed... he just suddenly steps out from behind her. That's some Jason Voorhees voodoo right there.

He was already there bro lol. It's a basically abandoned and dark house, with the only lights coming of the cop cars and ambulances, she didn't see him, and because he wears black and his mask is half Black because of his burns, he fitted in the dark. There's a scene on Halloween 1 that explains that, is that scene when he materializes behind a crying laurie

Haddonfield Police etc couldn’t cope; mutiple sightings of MM, Hospital Deaths, The Mobs, police most likely were on scene of the mob aftermath and Michael calmly snuck back in the house after Allyson said Michael has long gone. There was only an ambulance etc…so it is possible that Michael went to the window unseen, also the attack on Karen was so Quick etc - people might have Heard a scream and thought it was due to the carnage etc! Also MM could have killed some people off screen at the back of the Myers House.

No way she would have been able to walk so casually after having stab wounds stitched up hours before.

And also in the original ending when Michael tries to stab laurie again Karen shoots him with a cross bow . Yes that's the original ending go look it up. If we got that ending there wouldn't be a trilogy. But no posted footage but screen shots.

Bruh this was a bridge movie for ends Laurie needed to be in the hospital she was stabbed and thrown off a balcony then hit with a fire poker in Halloween 2018 there’s no way she would’ve just been ready to fight Michael again

This movie was such wasted potential. Having Laurie in the hospital the entire movie was dumb, she’s the main character. Karen’s death sucked, she deserved a better ending. How DGG went from the great 2018 version to this is unbelievable

I’d say the entire town of Haddonfield was the main character in this one. It was more of an ensemble cast of characters and no one was really the lead. The filmmakers wanted to show how a community reacted to a massacre instead of focusing on one persons story.

You can't compare it to the 2018 movie bc all kills was is a bridge movie to ends so of course it's not as action filled with laurie she needs to heel up for the next one bc in the 2018 one she got stabbed in the gut then thrown off a balcony and hit with a firepoker like she's not just gon be ready to battle again and the actress said Karen's death was necessary for the overall story of the 3 movies

The last 10 minutes of the movie almost ruined the experience, and then they give us this crap Halloween Ends movie...f**k off Hollywood!

I can’t believe they cheaply killed off all the town folk then lauries daughter right at the end in a horrible sequence. Ruined a decent film. Not looking forward to the next one this franchise is DEEEEAD.
