I wanted to come back and tell you, I made this folio and worked on it all week, filling it with items that have to do with being a park guide, a traveler, and I also used the freebies, and put it together for a special girlfriend. It turned out very nice and I look forward to my friend receiving it. It was such fun that I’m going to make one for myself!. Thanks again so very much.

Happy birthday a bit late! I love what you did with those folders. I stop smoking 3 years ago and put the cigarettes' money in a savings account. I buy my crafting items with this money😁 ! By the way, the job folder is made for a specific job. Let's say you have a job to do for washing windows for someone. You calculate everything it's costing you (EX: Soap, rags, pay your workers, etc.) and put the invoices and those time sheets in the big folder. Hang on in there and breath easier!!!

I'm new to your channel and I'm loving it. You are a genius. I just quit smoking (again)23 days ago. So far so good. I'm trying to be careful not to overeat because I have quit smoking before and gained weight each time. I'm 68 and was not really very healthy so I am trying to reverse this trend. I have a new grandson who is 5 months old and a great granddaughter who is 2. I'd like to be around for a while to see them get older! Good for you to stick to the no smoking. The struggle is real with not smoking and the weight gain.

Good for you for quitting!!! That's great news!!! When I stopped smoking I started eating a lot too. The thing is you miss the hand to mouth conditioning of smoking so you replace it with food. I went Keto and lost 50lbs. I still need to lose about another 40 THAT'S how much weight I put on after quitting. Keto is not for everyone and I don't intend to do it forever BUT I will do it until I lose my weight. Good luck and you seem like a very disciplined person. I'm sure you will succeed in your goal.

I'm so glad you quit smoking. I quit in 1975 and haven't picked it up since. I did gain weight though. I've lost that weight many times over, but recently went on Keto diet and it is fantastic. It's difficult to stay on at first but then again when you think about it it's the right way to eat. Check it out while you're looking at different diets.

I told you you could do it (with the smoking), because if I can do it, anybody can (I smoked 3 packs a day). My doctor told me it’s harder quit smoking than it is to get off heroin, and that made me feel better about having such a hard time.
