Do you think the kicker key 200.4 is a good amp to pair with the 6x9 components? I like the idea of running it in bi amp mode for separate channel for the woofer and 3" / 3/4" combo

We put components up front and coaxles in back in a tundra, and they sound damn good for type s, don’t even need to go higher than that, and they cost dirt cheap, I would definitely use these in a budget system🤔🤘

Thank you for the video, which set will sound better under the amplifier, JBL GTO 609c or Alpine S2-S65C?

I just installed the 3-way set and I am running it in active of an audio control D6.1200 and it does sound good solid and loud I am happy with them, but I will say Alpine doesn't seem like what it used to be, I started with the S65C two way set and I blew a tweeter running off 2 channels 125w within a week. sounded good but I was in the recommended wattage range 100w rms 300 peak and running their passive crossover it shouldn't have blown. Another problem with Alpine is they don't provide you with any speaker specs at all and it is impossible to find any online or even from alpine directly. I am looking at the Alpine Hires player HDS 990, but I am starting to think if I really want to go with Alpine, I always been an Alpine fan since back in the 80s I even had an alpine 2 knob way old school, but it seems like they went to cheap China manufacturing now and it's a crime to not provide specs on audio equipment.

can i replace last years tweeters with this years tweeters? are they compatible?

Could I install in a 2018 Subaru Outback the S2-S69C components without an amp with the factory HU (non-Harman Kardon) and still expect a reasonable improvement over the horrible factory speakers?

Yes, anything will sound better than oe speakers. If you can, add some sound deadening material on the inner skin of your door and some acoustic foam on the door trim.

in Poland, both sets cost the same, there are opinions that the Alpine S2 distorts the sound at higher volumes 🤔 have you heard these speakers live, so I would like to know your opinion.

Hi there buddy, I have a 2023 Subaru WRX I’m looking to add a subwoofer at the moment I have the factory radio which is the non Harman with the 11 inch screen. I have a budget that I would like to stay at around 600 for a subwoofer with a box and an amplifier to run it. You never go wrong with Pioneers! Just make sure its RMS power handling and Ohms: If it is above 40 RMS then you need an external amplifier....

Man, alpine is so behind in tech against other brands. Only Americans think alpine is still a good brand. They are at least 5 to 6 years behind the rest of the brands with tech.

that doesnt matter these alpines sound best against almost anything at their price. ive tried kicker jbl and skar speakers and alpine sounds best
