PokeAust that’s fair, but, if angled correctly, Chakram can actually catch out an airdogde with it’s lingering hitbox, which could lead into a follow up.

Although we couldn't see it in Smash 4, damage still happened in 00.0%. Because Smash 4 doesn't have any decimals, we can't see whole damage, but it's still there.
