I’d made these toppers on my cupcakes a few times and someone left me comment on TikTok asking to post a tutorial for them.
The method is pretty simple. They’re made with fondant and the bits are stuck together with edible glue.
I used a cookie cutter as a measurement to keep in check the size for each letter I was making.
You could even make a fondant disc and place them on there if you don’t want to directly place them on the buttercream.
The Pansies were made using a mold.
These were made In honour of our lovely neighbour who passed away a few months ago. A beautiful soul who will be always missed 💜💜💜
