Thank you for the testimony. Can you please advise, how many cups you used for flour and water measurements? Did your samoosa look like this with bubbles and was it flaky and crunchy?

@@varushar1 I used approx one cup Flour and I can’t recall how much water because I used little bit just enough to make it a hard dough. And I used melted butter since I didn’t have ghee

How is your dough perfect, non stick, mine sticks to the rolling pin or surface when rolling out, I add so much flour to prevent this. I can you are rolling yours with no additional flour needed. I also use ghee, but I don’t get lots of bubbles when I fry, I get two or three large bubbles and that’s it.

Salaam sis hope your well couple Of questions sorry to bug 🙈 Do you have recipe for lamb samosas please Could you recommend the best brand of ghee as I bought once last year and it was disgusting and not right. Lastly how do you chop your onions so finely pls as when I use my food processor (genie blender) it becomes a wet mushy and when I use my ninja it’s not right either so I end up spending ages cutting tiny finely diced pieces but it’s Time Consuming and also I have really bad arthritis in my hands So could you maybe recommend a midrange cost food processor and give some tips pls? Pls if u could do some videos on prep to help us it would be fantastic and most helpful . Thanks For reading. I Loved you on masterchef I’m very fussy with food and with your attention to detail and way you cook you are Just like me lol xx

Clearly you don’t know how to appropriately give right measurements for the ghee. 10tbsp of ghee caused the entire dough dripping in ghee with the amount of flour you gave for measurements. Plz don’t put up videos with you making something and putting the wrong measurements. Very upsetting I ruined the whole dough and wasted so much ghee.

I don’t know why this has happened to you but there are thousands literally out there nailing it successfully, and I don’t give incorrect measurements. I have been sticking to them for a decade now. I simply don’t know why it didn’t work for you. I have always used Maida, if you use all purpose flour then I am afraid the results won’t be like mine. Don’t blame my recipe for not working out for you

Obviously I wasn’t going to waste the masala. I made the dough again with less ghee and it worked so clearly the measurements are wrong. If not it wouldn’t have worked for me when I tried again with less ghee.

All I’m trying to say is there are many people out there who would have followed your recipie and had used their judgment instead of following the recipe to the tea. I on the other hand followed it to the tea and it didn’t work.
