Aloo Pyaaz Ka Pulao
Take a Mixie Jar and add
1 inch - Ginger
7-8 no - Garlic
2 no - Fresh Coconut ( Small )
2 no - Green Chillies
Grind into thick Paste
Add Water to Make a Paste ( 1-2 tbsp )
1 Cup - Sella Basmati Rice
Washed n Soaked for 1/2 n Hour , Remove Water
2 no - Onion Fine Chopped
1 no - Potato Cubes
1 Cup - Green Press
Take A Pressure Cooker and add
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Ghee
1 tsp - Cumin
1 no - Cinnamon Stick
4-5 no - Laung
1 no - Cardamom
2 no - Whole Red Chilli
1 no - Bay Leaf
Mix and then add
Above
2 no - Onion Chopped
Saute Little then add
1 no - Potato Cube ( Big Size Potato )
Saute Little then add
Above Grinded Paste
Saute for 2-3 Min and then add
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 +1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
Soaked Rice and Mix Properly
1 Cup - Tomato Puree
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly
1 Cup - Green Peas
Mix Properly
1 + 3/4 Cup - Water
Mix Properly and Close the Cooker Lid and Give 1 Whistle , Give Rest For 10 min and Open and Mix Little and Serve Hot
Kachumber :
Onion Chopped
Cucumber Chopped
Tomato Chopped
Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala
Lemon Juice
Mix Properly and Serve
