Thank you so much for this recipe. My puris were perfect! They were soft on the inside but still crunchy on the outside and had such a great flavor that I had to make a batch for teatime. Thank you also for including tips and thorough explanations - they are so helpful. I was so tempted to add extra flour while kneading the dough, but I’m so glad I did not because they did come together in a softish dough after a bit of kneading. If I added the extra flour I bet they would have not had the right texture or balance of flavors. Please keep making recipes and please let your personality shine through. You are such a calming and compassionate voice during uncertain times. I’m grateful to have found your channel.
