I made it .it's so delicious. Thank you for share your ricipes.

I made this today as aloo gajar palak.. i added 3 potatoes, 3 carrots, 2 big tomatoes cut in long slices then made as per your instructions… in the end I didn’t fully dry out the sabzi, added some cream… it was soo good… only problem is that it’s very less for my family… next time I’ll double the recipe… thank you chef!
