Its my first time as nobody is at home so i have to do it ..!!! It would be nice if you explained the flame level in between (not last one)as well .... But im doing fine 🙂💀

The flame level in general should be Medium heat unless you doing Damm. Also you can control the flame according to your needs, if onions getting too hot and burning, lower the heat and add water
