May the Lord bless you young boy, you are special, there are so much young people nowadays that they are not interested in a relationship with the Lord, instead they are getting distracted with so much gaming and social media and KZread that influences them with so much bad habits and bad decisions. But you instead chose wanting to serve the Lord❤, keep walking this path of faith, dont look back, because your reward will be great 🙏 God bless you and keep you from any harm .

I also grew up in a Pentecostal home & have 10 siblings lol. One piece of advice I wish I had at this age is, don’t hold on to your childhood trauma! It’s not worth it. This world & everything in it will fade away one day & it’s only gonna hurt more if u keep holding onto it. Give everything u have to God even if it’s uncomfortable. & I promise Jesus will use u in a very mighty way!! Ur never too young.🥹💯 if u ever need a mentor I am here.

I was homeless, got into drugs, went into prisons, then i got to know Jesus, He changed my life.. Now i have a home, a wife, a lovely daughter and a new identity... A child of God.. Hallelujah

He is a miracle working God. Be blessed and may His fire in you never grow dim❤.

I was doing my homework and decided to put this on as background music to focus. I am not lying, 20 minutes in and I began worshiping God through the Holy Spirit! I started saying praise words like "You are the only one that can lead me; you are the one that reveals things unknown to man" I said some other words that came out of nowhere. Then I started crying as I sang these words. It's like through the music a heart of worship awakened out of nowhere and I was led by the Spirit to sing and cry.

I like putting soothing music while I study. Somehow this video was the next to be played. An hour in I just pause and took a small breather on my desk. Mind you Is 3am. I started thanking God randomly and telling him thanks for never leaving me alone.. I start breaking down in tears.. this moment felt so peaceful it being 3am my wife and kids are as sleep and daddy just studying late at night to provide a better life for my family. Ones I calmed down from crying I look at the title of this video and I started breaking down again. Reading "Alone with the Holy Spirit" just hit me to the core and literally started crying again and just thanking God for visiting me. I am forever going to cherish that night.

When I was a little girl I made a promise that when I grew up I would find God. I think about my promise each day when the morning sun rises. And though the sun has left the sky for many months, yet God’s light still shines within me.Whenever I find myself in need of strength, help or encouragement, I know that God is always there. His light will always guide

4 weeks ago I was facing depression not wanting to go anywhere or do anything. Then a week later I turned back to God because I felt a hole in my stomach and soul spiritually, I knew I had gone some few years without truly seeking after God. And I asked God to forgive me for turning away from him because of a mistake I chose to make. Now my life belongs to Jesus Christ and he is helping me everyday getting back on track. It just takes some time and truly believing in Him. He is the Best decision I have ever made.

I know this may be hard to receive especially when you look at your life and some of the decision you have made or are struggling to make ( I know how that can feel like). Jesus knew it would not be an easy walk and that is why He left us with the Holy Spirit to help us in all things.Don't look at your own strength and understanding, open your heart to Him and ask the Holy Spirit to help you each day.He is gentle and very patient.There are several scriptures that teach about the Holy Spirit if you want to know more about Him and you can even pray to know Him more. Jesus loves you very much❤. (Writing this just soaking in His presence at 00:53 am from Africa.)

There will come a time when you need to trust in God. When you will be tested and face adversity beyond your comprehension. But keep firm in your faith and trust in the lord. My family has gone through our trials and we held on. It was the only way we are still here today. I've seen my brother nearly die infront of me, he was only in elementary. My father nearly committed suicide and my family almost broke apart. Yet God was with us through it all. When doctors couldn't figure out how to save my brother from his vegetative state and were afraid of the withdrawal from the numerous drugs they put him on, God made the impossible possible. He learned to breathe, to see colors, to speak and walk in time. But it was a long journey and will continue to be one. Don't lose faith. It's the best thing you can do for yourself.

I simply cannot take these panic attacks, anymore. PTSD overtakes me. I WANT TO DIE. I PRAY TO DIE. THE PAIN IS UNBEARABLE. AND I AM DROWNING IN IT. I AM HAUNTED. I am taunted. I AM TERRIFIED. I AM FILLED WITH PANIC AND TERROR. I AM FLOODED WITH PANIC ATTACKS. Hyperventilating debilitating all-consuming panic attacks. HOW THE ACTUAL FUCK COULD HE REALLY DO THIS TO ME? JUST REPLACE ME WITH ANOTHER... The pain and the panic and the terror are truly unbearable. However, REMINDER TO SELF: The universe, God, your guides, your angels, your ancestors, are all pushing you, lovingly, in the right direction: into your own magnificent powerful magical freedom!

HOW WILL I EVER HEAL? I AM DYING OF PAIN. I AM DESPERATELY TERRIFIED AND ALONE AND PANICKED. my soul is raped. I'm in so much pain. I'm in hell with no escape. I'm a tortured prisoner to the darkness. darkness envelopes me and surrounds me... I live in frantic panicked terror. I am paralyzed with trauma. I have hyperventilating panic attacks. ALL. THE. TIME! I die of the pain. I am tormented. TORTURED. ALONE. alone and dying. desperate and in despair. I want to die. I can't bear the pain and the grief and the panic. I can't bear it. I suffocate with panic attacks. I am paralyzed with trauma. I DIE die die OF PANIC!! the suffering and grief are unbearable. I am tortured and haunted and suicidal. I am tormented and terrified and all alone. so so so very alone!!! I want to die. I can't bear this pain. CANNOT BEAR IT. CANNOT BREATHE. DO NOT BREATHE. nightmares all night. panic attacks all day. he replaced me. disposed of me. I WAS GARBAGE TO HIM. I've been viciously maliciously brutally violently raped, at the level of my soul, by my best friend, who abandoned, and betrayed me, and disposed of me like garbage... the suffering is unbearable. the trauma and the panic truly suffocate me. I am horrified and haunted. I am terrified and alone. but there are some things I've learned to appreciate about myself (through all this), like: - my kind eyes - my gentle ways - my depth - my poetry - my insights - my writing - my magic - my sweet smile - my intelligence - my wisdom - my incredible ability to truly listen and to really hear - my softness - the bitch in me - the poet in me - when I love, I give EVERYTHING - my innocence - my sweet gentleness - my willingness - my openness - my discernment - my unfolding - my empathy - my talents - my heart - my beautiful magical self-healing wise miraculous gorgeous body... please, God, help me remember these two things: - not to try to attract people, but rather, to trust the universe... to trust life... that the right people will enter my life in the right moment... - to set boundaries... Wow!!! That was powerful. God will do just what He said He would do, He will stand by His Word, He Will come through!!! No weapon formed against you shall prosper…the weapon shall form, but nor prosper. The Word still works…Try it for yourself.

He raped my soul. I thought he was my best friend. But he just raped my soul. And my heart is shattered. And I can't breathe through the pain. The darkness has hold of me. Oh good God how I suffer. I am tormented and tortured. He discarded me and replaced me. I'm in so so so so so much pain. I desperately pray to die. I am submerged in darkness. I'm in hell with no escape. I am flooded, constantly, with panic and terror. The man whom I thought was my best friend, discarded me like garbage. He gave me SEVERE PTSD. (4 primary/core UNHEALTHY reasons relationships break down: 1. Contempt 2. Criticism 3. Stonewalling 4. Defensiveness) Over four months of this horrific terror. The PTSD is severe and intense. The man whom I called my best friend, ended up raping my soul... PANIC AND TERROR ALMOST CONSTANTLY FLOOD ME. I am paralyzed and traumatized and debilitated and breathless, with almost-constant panic attacks. I desperately pray for healing. In February of this year (2023), the man who I thought was my best friend... Discarded me like garbage. Replaced me for another. In doing so... He gave me SEVERE PTSD. We're in June, now... It's been over 4 months... I MUST GET OVER THIS and MOVE ON... Please, help me, God! God, you have has blessed me to be a writer...🙌🏾 I humbly thank you and bow before you. I pray to make use of this talent/blessing/gift! Perhaps I write my way to healing? I also want/pray to make myself ready, with your miraculous help, oh God... I want to be healed and purified, that I may finally meet and spend my life with, my twin-flame. Here's what my trust is in: I don’t have to date. I don't have to do those God-forsaken dating apps! My kingdom spouse will locate me, he will come for me! 💍👰‍♀ Him, my twin-flame and I, are ordained to be together. We are magnetized to one another: NOW, ALWAYS, ALL WAYS. Maktub. It is written. It is God's will. Praise be to God! Let me remind myself of how loving sex/intimacy can actually be. (Because up until now, it's only been trauma for me...) 14 GENTLE URGENT REMINDERS, REAL/HEALTHY LOVE/SEX MEANS: 1) He also always (all ways) says he loves you outside the bedroom... 2) He looks DEEP into your eyes, into your soul, during sex/intimacy... 3) During sex: he wants full body contact... Hugs, caressing, hands all over your body 4) Spending quality intimate time together, both: before and after sex 5) Being intimate afterwards: cuddling, pillow-talk, playing, sleeping together closely 6) He prioritizes your pleasure, and attends to your needs and the things that you like 7) He pulls you in, super close and super intimate during sex 8) He compliments your personality, your character, your soul etc... 9) He kisses you with love and intimacy and passion 10) Slow seductive sensual lovemaking 11) He's open/vulnerable, he shows you his body, his insecurities, his fantasies (without fear of judgement from you...) 12) He wants to meet your needs and he wants you to be satisfied 13) He understands when you don’t want sex and he doesn’t push or pressure 14) It’s not just about sex, he's interested in conversation and outings and connecting: outside the bedroom AND PLEASE, GOD, LET ME ALSO ALWAYS REMEMBER: The gift of rejection positions me for MY purpose! The gift of rejection reveals what his role was/is: in my healing/destiny (THIS IS ALCHEMY)! The gift of rejection draws me nearer to you, oh God! (As well as to my own soul!) Rejection is redirection!🎉 Someone who is healthy is someone who: 1. wants REAL intimacy (and is capable of it, and willing to co-create it) 2. has their life (relatively) in order 3. genuinely likes and loves themselves 4. has healthy values and a healthy lifestyle 5. has deep self awareness 6. has a strong support network 7. is emotionally available and consistent 8. has a healthy vision for their future 9. can navigate conflict well 10. has a strong sense of self respect
