African tigress the instagram vlogger gave some information that not so true. Antigua has night life but its different it usually with alot of all inclusive fetes from Friday to Sundays . When there is holiday we extend our nightlife and even have jouverts on the holiday. Our Carnival season is upcoming the end of July to early August and there will be lots of action. Also our people excel alot in cricket. We have a few great cricketers here. He is probably into baseball which mostly for the spanish and we had people who did well in track and field and football is so so other sports need improvement as he said but we did very well in cricket and have some real heroes in cricket. Make sure you meet Sir Vivian Richards a very good batsman West Indies Cricketer. The Stadium is named after him. You need people who know the country in and out and is 100% Antiguan to take you around.

I am kind of getting some negative vibes from your post but probably because I did not see what you saw and which you could not even think to explain.. What I saw was a beautiful island inhabited by some very generous, loving, and happy people. And they were not begging.

@@randyg4571 I luv what AT does, but don't hate on reality. We Africans MUST create our own infrastructure of self-sufficiency and No Where In the Black World have we done that. We have to have the Unmitigated Truth to git where our Youth want to Go. Pollyanna Glee at the simplest of things has its place but it can't overshadow Our Reality. (AT, Did you talk to or attempt to talk with Jimmy Chevalier in Haiti?).

Wow. Antigua appears to be very inviting, laid back and relaxing, and the locals appear to go out of their way with hospitality. As a small nation they should be precautious with diversity, which can be good, but which also could bad. Sometimes we never see the bad others are introducing into a nation or it's culture until it's too late
