Who designs these places? First of all why would anyone even consider using carpet in a modern hotel especially a dog friendly hotel? Secondly never use plush materials on furniture that can never be properly cleaned. Nice place the Aloft but definitely designed by a 3rd grade art student. I would stay there more if the rooms had materials that felt cleaner. Another complaint is every room Ive stayed at had horrible drainage slopes in the showers which probably means they aren't cleaned very well. The mold also pointed towards this.
