We present ALOflex, the most flexible laser processing system - with a laser power of up to 10 kW - for mobile laser hardening with zoom or scan optics, laser build-up welding with powder or wire for external and internal coating (powder) and CMT welding directly on the component at the customer's site. The laser system with caterpillar track and robot is suitable for the tightest working areas due to its low weight and compactness and can be positioned directly on the component to be processed with the aid of a multi-clamping plate. In addition, the ALOflex system can be used as an ALOhybrid on a stationary system.
