Yeh bohat effective hai. Agar tension se stress sey Baal girtay Hain toh bhi bohat Faida mand hai. Ye stress ko Kam bhi karta hai. First method zyada acha hai. Sirf Aloe vera Mai lagati hu and stress Chala Jata hai and Baal thick atay hai.

I applied it for 3 days not continuously but thrice in a week it really grows hair I can see my hair grown an inch within the 2nd use and it grows tiny baby hair on my bald spots if u apply it continously h can get thick hair it helps treat frizzy hair and though my hair is curly it was soo smooth soft nd shiny. I dint use any shampoo or conditioner I use shikakai which is natural ......

Thanks Aloevera is good for hair growth ... plus girls u can also use ritah shikakai amla too thats also good for hair growth boil it and after cooling apply on hair make bubble and rinse with lukewarm or cool water u can also get rid of lice ticks too...

Completely understand this part. You just need to comb using a wider teeth comb and with lighter hands! Don't stress hair much - our motive is to just get that blood rush so that the growth is stimulated in hair follicles.

First apply aloe Vera all over your scalp massage gently few minutes after keep 30 minutes 3'4 table spoon coconut oil 1 vitamin e capsule mix now apply scalp all over your hair now gently 1 minutes massage keep 1 hour and wash with shampoo do this twice a week
