Carlos Cornejo aka Carles, es un silencioso pero legendario y fundamental elemento de la escena musical electrónica nacional.
Chileno, criado en el Buenos Aires de los años 80´s, este curador innato de gusto musical exquisito y diverso, comenzó a mezclar hace más de 15 años, pero su vínculo con la música y su contribución a la proliferación de grandes Dj´s y productores chilenos y extranjeros que hoy brillan repartidos por el mundo, datan desde hace más de 20 años.
Fue entre 1998 y el año 2012, en la época dorada del club más influyente en la historia de la escena electrónica underground de Chile, el exclusivo responsable de elegir con pinzas a cada selector que pasó por esa cabina, haciendo bailar directa e indirectamente, a varias generaciones.
Ha pinchado en diferentes clubes y festivales en Chile, Argentina, Colombia y Dinamarca, además de compartir cabina con artistas nacionales como Alejandro Vivanco, Fantasna, Umho, Felipe Venegas y Valentina Colvin e internacionales como Henrik Schwarz, Ricardo Villalobos, Bonobo y Argenis Brito, por nombrar solo algunos.
Su preferencia por el deep y dub de sonidos espaciales y envolventes, con gran influencia de los grandes maestros de Detroit y Chicago, lo hacen acreedor de un Groove muy particular que garantiza baile, sensualidad y un viaje inolvidable mientras está pinchando.

Carlos Cornejo, also known as Carles, is a silent but legendary and fundamental figure in the national electronic music scene. He is Chilean but was raised in Buenos Aires during the 1980s. With an innate talent for curating exquisite and diverse musical tastes, he began mixing music over 15 years ago. However, his connection with music and his contribution to the proliferation of great Chilean and international DJs/producers who now shine around the world date back more than 20 years.
Between 1998 and 2012, during the golden age of Chile's most influential club in the history of the underground electronic scene, he was exclusively responsible for carefully selecting each DJ who performed in the DJ booth, making several generations dance directly and indirectly.
He has performed in various clubs and festivals in Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Denmark, and has shared the stage with national artists such as Alejandro Vivanco, Fantasna, Umho, Felipe Venegas, and Valentina Colvin, as well as international artists like Henrik Schwarz, Ricardo Villalobos, Bonobo, and Argenis Brito, to name just a few.
