This might be the 2in1 I go with. Not many great 2 in 1 options but this looks great. Just will wait for a sale to upgrade.

I have the Satechi 2-in-1 Qi2 charger. It's a very nice design. Bought it directly on their website for $52 using their rewards discount. They often have 20-30% sales on holidays. Their "IPADOS" coupon is always active for 15% off. Unless one has an Apple Watch, there is really no point in paying the $50 Apple Tax for the 3-in-1. I don't wear a watch at all so the 2-in-1 was a no brainer for me.

@@adriftatlas yeah well no reason to get the 3-in-1 for any price if you don't have the watch lol.. I got the Belkin 3-in-1 when the iPhone 12 first came out and still swear by it to this day 😆

what brick and cable are you uusing?

When travelling, nightstands are all different so (to my own surprise), the adjustable height turned out to be the most important feature for me. This one looks really good, thanks for the great review!

hi stephen! as someone who recently switched from a 4 year old huawei to an iphone 15, your videos have been so helpful! i have two questions for you: i’ve made some automations and now every now and then i’ll get notifications that shortcuts is running my automations even though notifications should be off…? is there something i can do to stop that? and when i play spotify, it takes over my whole lock screen which i really hate. is there any way to keep it as a small pop up like any other notification? thank you so much in advance!

Hey there, glad the videos have been useful! With Shortcuts it's a little annoying as I get those "X number of Shortcuts have run in the background" notifications even though they're all disabled. I'm not sure of a solution there just yet. And same with Spotify, sorry!

I’ve been looking for one of these for backpack number 3! Sold for Satechi! Backpack #1: 1-2 day jaunts with my phone, iPad & DJI pocket 3 & its peripherals plus mics & tx setup Backpack #2: all dedicated to those little DJI flying things that take photos & videos. I can’t remember the technical name for them, but they are much more than a toy. Ughhh. Shoot. I hate to drone on & on about all this…I’ll just move on & maybe it’ll return home to me in a sec Day #3: legitimate out of town travel gear - “go bag” halfway packed ahead of time. Yes. I am an over 40 victim of fate, always leaving too late…leaving too late 🏴‍☠️…so I’m pre-packing😂 (i am NOT gonna also subject y’all to Tom Petty’s “free falling”…oh what the hell…now I’m preeeeeee-paccccking….” 🙂🙃

When you have this, you would need the standby mode’s widget that lets you see the battery level of your devices, instead of the plain dull one that just shows the time :)

I got the UGREEN 2-in-1 Qi2 wireless charger two days ago. It has a really neat design that looks somewhat similar to yours, but it folds inwards for travel and then folds outwards to expose a charger for wireless earbuds. However, it makes my iPhone quite hot, which I dislike. Is that normal? Does your iPhone get hot on these chargers? If I had to guess, I would say my iPhone reaches temperatures between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius at the least.

Because Ugreen is not apple certified. Chargers like nomad, belkin and satechi won’t cause overheating.

The one's I've tested get warm occasionally, like when charging from low battery percentages, but they don't stay hot persistently throughout charging. Make sure it's certified Qi2 or MagSafe because that makes a difference as well.

Morning Bori. Does any of the chargers you’ve seen also has the option to add a usb c cable to charge something else that doesn’t have qi charging?

Does the ‘AirPods charger’ on the Satechi charge other Qi devices as well? Or does the indentation block that?

The indentation doesn't allow for other phones and such to charge, unfortunately. The Twelve South is better for that.

Stephen Robles is on top of this game. I say it each time. No one cares more for US. This isn’t for him. He truly loves doing this for his viewers. My cousin Ronnie Milsap can see that. Truly a good man, and he is willing to actually !!GASP!! reply to messages with thoughtfulness & direction. He is growing his channel and I realize this is an incredibly time consuming endeavor, the likes of which most of us will never fathom, but he hasn’t lost himself yet, and he isn’t going to! That’s not who he is! Hat’s off to you, Stephen. Thank you for being such a kind gentleman & sincere in all you do for the masses! Trustworthiness these days is flipped, 180° since my dad was coming up…you trusted everyone until they proved you couldn’t trust them. Nowadays, it’s don’t until they do…you are the exception to that “new” rule. Thx again!

3-in-1's can be pricey, but keep an eye out on cheaper ones that don't use certified Qi2 or MagSafe pucks
