Been running Machamp in ultra league with Return and Dynamic Punch. Initially started cuz I didn't have any TMs but it's surprisingly very good in matchups as a surprise nuke.

Been having some good luck with Kingdra, Typhlosion, and Staraptor in summer cup. Give it a go, it’s hilarious. Also Rock smash Azu is hilarious was vig and ferro.

Nice climb! I am also currently sitting in the higher elo i think, at 2367 elo with shadow Typhlosion. I don't know how that is compared to other, but i feel the queue timer. I just finished my sets for the day, and ended at 2404 elo, and i belive that is pretty high at this point in the season.

For the past two days, I've been using Stunfisk (mud shot), Shadow Girafarig, and Pidgeot as the closer. I average 4 wins per set. Shadow Girafarig can almost always take switch in the two shields. Highly underrated safe swap too.

Ehh I disagree on the proposed changes for a few reasons: Psychic Fangs by any means possible needs to be 35 energy for such a squishy pokemon to make the fullest out of it. Getting rid of its straight 3-3-3 cycle in leiu of a 4-3-3 cycle can be devastating for it. even if one were to increase the initial damage of Psychic Fangs to offset the slower pacing, it would still find itself outpaced and the first one to shield (instead of the opponent). Shadow ball is usually G.O.A.T.ed coverage, but this may be one of the few instances where T-bolt or Trailblaze would provide better coverage overall imo. Any dark type would otherwise not have to respect the giraffe, and in this format where mandibuzz is everywhere, Tbolt is a huge asset to chuck at it, after a farm down of another mon. Confusion damage is also oppressive enough in neutral matchups where Trailblaze, however weak a move it is normally, will usually command a shield anyways. Even if shielded though, unlike the ball, you at least can ramp up your attack, which is hugely important for a heavy fast move Mon. If anything, the best way to buff Giraffarig imo is to buff confusion to gain more energy (under that pretense, a psychic fangs rework, as you proposed, would be more justified. As you mentioned, straight up buffing the damage of Psychic Fangs would likely break Steelix again. Think of this rework like how Poison Fang works on Golbat. While Poison Fang had its energy AND damage raised, Golbat also had Wing Attack buffed to it as well; making its pacing after the nerf the exact same as pre-nerf; but this time with greater damage than before too.

@@ryanboyle628 a lot of psychic mons could use a buff, as any without psycho cut struggle tbh. Confusion is decent, but always feels somewhat lacking compared to other fast moves.
