Almonds Cake Recipe Without oven - Dry Almond cake |
Almond cake without butter ,without oven
Maida. 2 cups
Eggs. 3(room temperature)
Sugar 1cup
Oil 3/4 cup
Baking powder 3tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For buttermilk:
Milk. 1 cup
Vinegar 1tblsp
Take milk in a cup and add vinegar and mix and set aside.
For cake batter:
Beat eggs and sugar till sugar dissolves then add oil and again beat for 20 secs then add buttermilk and beat for 1 min and then add vanilla essence and baking powder and gradually add maida and mix till all ingredients well combined. Than add batter to 8 inch greased pan and bake for about 45 -50 minutes in a preheated pan.
Jam glaze:
Add 3 tblsp jam and 1/ 2 cup water and cook for 2- 3 min.
When the cake is baked than glaze the cake with jam glaze and decorate almonds .

Another reason could be an issue with the temperature. Otherwise, a solution could be that if your cake is cooked on the outside but raw on the inside, you can cover it with aluminum foil and continue baking it according to its consistency. Thanks for comment 😊
Excuse me baking powder 3tbs kuch ziada nahi mera to cake me esa lg rha tha jese syrup ho please sahi guide kia kre Or cake to theek tha or phoola b tha but taste kharaab tha Sirf shakal thori dekhni hoti taste b to krna hota ha Baad me kisi se poochne pr pta chala k baking powder ziada daala ha 😡 Me ne aik aik step follow kia or time b waste ho gia sirf ap k baking powder ki wrong information ki vajah se
