I am with you. I was an annual subscriber when they "went under" and still had 1 box left that I paid for and never received. They will not get my money again.

I agree with you about the value of this box- this was so so!

I can look past their shady history. Maybe they are turning a new leaf, but there are too many other boxes that do not have this shady of a past. It’s like having PTSD which I will not get over regarding this box. Maybe for new subscribers who don’t know the history but since I do… This is a hard pass! Thank you so much for sharing! ❤️

I have a hydro pod growing set and I absolutely LOVE it. They work so well. I grow all kinds of herbs and it's so much fun.

This is how I lean….

100% agree with you on not getting their makeup products. I got a mystery bundle (not realizing it was all cosmetic 🤦🏼‍♀️), and they were all old up to 2015, luckily i was fully refunded.

😆Thanks for the laugh with the neck pillow. I've never gotten Alltrue, but I was interested in the box available right when it fell apart, so good thing I didn't end up signing up. Such a shame, it had nice products. Now I'll never sign up, not only because I've lost trust, but of course I feel bad for the vendors.

My favorite herb is also basil!

It’s only been 5 days since we planted and I have sprouts!

Wow, I was shocked to see an Alltrue box already! I'd totally use that neck pillow for sleeping in the car, but an $80 declared value seems ridiculous. I just can't force myself to subscribe to this box again. The box's past, and what they're doing now with old stock and unpaid vendors, leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I was one of the fortunate ones who had paid with Pay Pal and they reimbursed me for my 2 subscriptions. I used to really like this box but will not resubscribe. That travel pillow will also be useful if anyone has oral surgery. A friend of mine had 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed from each side of her mouth a few weeks ago. She had purchased something that was supposed to have gel ice packs that slipped into this pillow thing with velcro. Total waste because the gel packs only stayed cold for 30 to 45 minutes. Tried using other ice packs but the velcro thing would not work well. I keep a travel pillow in my car that has Velcro. We flipped it around backwards and it did a great job of keeping the ice packs in place and her head from going to one side or the other. I paid maybe 15 to 20 for it at Ross. I do remember the berry colander and the pitcher. Hope you like the travel pillow. Thank you for sharing.

Favorite herb is dill. In summer, dilled chicken salad. In winter, dilled chicken pot pie.

The spray bottle was so nice my husband is going to use it when he BBQ.

I’ve really liked what I’ve seen in the past few boxes. Still super hesitant to subscribe, but I’m tempted. By the way, I love your new hair color!

Alltrue - I was fortunate that I didn’t lose any money. I had felt that something wasn’t right for a while but the renewing and charging people early was what really told me that they were in trouble. I cancelled my subscription and got the last box I was owed. And then “it” hit the fan. I will never, ever, ever trust them again. So many vendors were owed money, so many subscribers were cheated.

Sounds like you need to plant a perimeter of sunflower several times a year to suck up all the toxins your neighbors are putting out😂😅

I wouldn't be interested in any of those options. I'm glad that I dumped Causebox years ago.

I think the value is also less because HALF the choices in customization 2 (the better half of choices ) sold out immediately. I would never give them a penny - I also think the fact that were THIS far out and a lot of the products are old/repeats is ridiculous, especially since the prices is fairly high. And it’s good sense not to use a lot of the products that would have expired.

I heard on a group on facebook that they were bought up by Beachly. I don’t know if it’s true.

No, it's not true. Alltrue was bought by Retention Brands. Then Retention Brands bought Birchbox & Beachly.

Did they send it so quickly because they have less customers?

I stopped AllTrue right before they went under (my subscription ran out) I did not renew it thank goodness but they are pretty shady.

Thank goodness I didn’t sub to the other box. I might be willing to consider this subscription except as you pointed out they over price their “retail value” (lies) and have products that are from the old boxes. Also the selections are so poor imho!!! I’m sorry but that neck pillow is absolutely ridiculous and please let us know if your husband actually uses it. Wow $80?!? TFS ❤
