I was crying by the end of this, because my desire is to feel I am loved. And to learn how to love myself. It has been quite awhile since I have felt genuinely loved. That’s probably because I don’t feel love for myself. Through this meditation I tried to see or feel how I could love myself. I cried. I cried. I don’t see or feel it at this point in time. I have been (think I have been) trying to find ways to accomplish my desire to love myself. After listening and reflecting to this meditation, I think I may have been trying to hard. Trying to hard to “make” myself hurry up through the process, so I can feel the love as soon as I can. But I can see now, that this is something that can not be rushed, or just “made” to happen by trying to do all the “right” things. I guess I need to look inward and look more towards what is right for me. And me alone. I don’t think I ever really felt that I was allowed to. I usually have thought (or made to think) that the way I want to be and do things isn’t quite right. So I’ve been searching to find what will work for me. This may sound sad, but it never occurred to me to truly look within myself. And trust myself, with myself. I’m amazing myself that this one meditation message has allowed me to see and actually want to open this locked door to a place where I can start to understand and learn to love myself. And maybe then, I will find other love in my life. Thank you so much for this message. I look forward to the day that I will not cry when it comes to the idea of loving myself.

Thank you for this comment. I felt this. Believe that you ARE worthy & deserve ALL of the love you feel you have to give to someone else. Turn inwards and shower yourself with it. Pamper yourself, compliment yourself, Thank yourself regularly for the little things. I believe we teach people how to love us by them SEEING how we love ourselves. Again, thank you for this comment, it definitely hit a nerve on something I struggled to do for so many years. I'd actually say it's INTUITIVE but, ok.

I kinda got scared when I opened my eyes because i really was kinda walking in my dream..in my desire! I saw the physical universe and I realized how…things were more real as I walked through my desire!thanks this was the best meditation I’ve ever had My eyes are blury..I can't see woth glasses!but for few seconds...I saw everything amazingly without glasses!
