Idea for a video. Counting up all the named relevant characters and seeing how that correlates to the possible world population. It feels like there's so many important people. But in actuality it's like 100 people out of millions

Now you got me wanting you to make a video where their allies show up and Luffy's like "I don't know what to do with you guys." Leaves to go fight with no plan so all the other straw hats control different groups like captain's. Don't know where you'd put everyone but Ussop leading the giants and tontattas would be awesome. Enemies would be so focused on the giants they wouldn't even be able to tell if their getting sniped or attacked by tiny people.😂

When you were talking about Thriller Bark allies, I think you forgot one that has a very good chance of happening in the end. Lola! Let's say she ends up meeting up with Chiffon and Bege and convinces them to help out the Strawhats after all she went through on Thriller Bark. Back to allies not mentioned that feel likely; we have the Dressrosa royal family and army, we have Alabasta and Kousa, the Kung-fu dugongs, honestly the list could go on forever. Hell imagine Mihawk controlling an army of the humandrills? The possibilities are endless here!

There's one more angle of this you forgot to mention: the final party. I'm sure at the end the whole world of One Piece will come together to celebrate. Picture it: Franky exchanging drinks with Señor Pink, Zeff meeting Pudding, Arlong apologizing to Koala, Fujitora and Zoro drinking sake, Luffy and Bon Clay meeting again...

With all this talk it is flooding my mind with ideas & interactions that I would love to see like I can see to help Nojiko & Genzo both Yosaku & Johnny both arm the civilians & have gotten Arlong’s old ship the Shark Superb ready to set off, the Usopp pirates having an encounter with Jango who is a Marine, Gimon along with his animals surprise attacking enemies, & so much more

Wouldn't it be cool for the final war to be like the Suikoden war minigame? Imagine 2-3 charcters teaming up in one unit. A mounted unit lead by Leo and Heracles for Tontattas on Giant insects or like Ideo and Apoo teaming up for the long-limb infantry battalion.

The idea of old characters showing up to assists the straw hats in the final war is crazy. Next thing you're gonna tell me is that Dorry and Broggy are gonna show up to assist the Strawhats in Egghead.

Kaya, Chopper, Kureha, Law, Marco and Miyagi could probably cure literally anything in the world if they teamed up

I personally believe the Final War started in Wano and that all of allies of the SHs have been making moves since.

I wouldn't mind that, but I'm more of a fan of the fighters doing that, some of the non fighters might train just to fight too but I think most would either, like Nojiko, keep on doing their usual thing while hoping and praying for the fighters' success or help out, as you said, in logistics, medical assistance and non fighting roles. I do however agree that Oda showing everyone is a tribute to the journey we were on and it's literaly "the friends we made along the way" saying in picture form, I liken it to the breathtaking world of One Piece video that sadly got taken down but is thankfully being preserved by a reupload and all the reaction videos it got, only without motion, sound, and with people and tid bit of places. And I'd like him to do this again during said final war, to show us who we're fighting for and who's fighting with us. He should obviously do it in the epilogue as well.
