How long does it take to become a allied health assistant , like how many months/years in uni??

Hi, the Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (in both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy) takes 2 semesters full-time (approximately 20 hours per week) OR part time equivalent, plus additional 5 hours per week (approximately) individual learning such as online activities, projects and teamwork.
Can i apply this courses ??? I'm international student..
