Agreed. Like on that Chess episode in which Arin gets too cocky and gets immediately destroyed. Dan's laughter is awesome as always, but Allie laughing alongside him just made it all the much better.

This This This This. I come here for Danny and Arnold. Someties Allie cuts into that. But whenever she does, we get absolute gems like the Observation Duty series. And the other 98% of the time, she's a calming background presence that makes the Sexbang and Raptor dynamic feel extra special, because it's not just us that's experience it anymore.

Allie's laughter is like medicine for the soul.

Allie is a font of joy and I love that she's become more involved over time while remaining super respectful of the original format. She knows when to chime in, she's helpful to the guys, and her background laughter enhances everything. Love her forever ❤

When Allie switched from being a voice way off mic, to being on mic like the boiz, it made me so happy. She's like the Third Grump !! And sometimes Ike now, too, but he seems a little shy (that's no problem by me, he does his own thing~ )

Idk, when she’s right on the mic with them, it feels more like a special guest grumps episode. I don’t think shes intrusive enough to mess up the boys dynamic in normal shows. I like it, it reminds me of the occasional barry edits we would see from time to time

The reason Grundor is so hit or miss is that no further context is provided. It's a standard "which Marvel superhero are you?" type time-wasting quiz. But, for some reason, it is being presented to you by Grundor. Throughout the quiz it becomes apparent that it's not necessarily that you, specifically, are an evil wizard of the sort who would have a fawning little gremlin minion named Grundor. It's just that you do anyway, whether or not you are a wizard. And Grundor made this quiz in an attempt to entertain you. It just demands you spend a moment thinking about the implications of having Grundor just hanging out in your house, sucking on your sponges under the kitchen sink for his meals and drawing pictures of you. And either that idea is entirely pointless, or some of the funniest shit you have ever heard. Making the first kind of person narrate in the persona of Grundor for the second kind is where the drop hits here. But I might be biased. I find Grundor to be high comedy.

I was defensive about Allie at first because I was nervous she was going to try and force her way in as a 3rd grump, but I honestly couldn’t have had a more wrong first impression! She’s awesome, respectful of the grump’s process, funny, and has one of the best laughs of all time 💎!

i’m not a huge modern grumps guy, but if there’s one thing that they’ve objectively improved in my opinion is the addition of allie laughing from across the room. it reminds me of ster_’s wife laughing in the background of his dark souls videos

Her laugh is infectious, but *still* don't know what she actually does? Is she like a court stenographer, writing their dialogue for the captions? Is she there to make their constant search for guides faster? What? I wanna be able to appreciate her contribution, but I just can't figure it out...

I more have gotten the vibe her workspace as a producer is set up in the recording room and she helps out when needed (guides etc.). Most of the time she's doing other tasks re: management, but occasionally shenanigans will distract her (like in the Pokemon Smash or Pass Dan describes her as popping out from behind her desk set up in curiosity to watch their expressions) leading to the giggle fest (or as far as the Observation Duty series where she's welcomed in as a chill extra grump).

I also bet she helps make sure audio and game footage are being recorded correctly. There have been times when they lost footage or something got recorded wrong, so she's there as a safety net. She might also note when they start the episode
