This song is from the movie Operation Diamond Racket released in 1978 an action spy thriller film produced and directed by the duo Dorai-Bhagavan, starring Dr. Rajkumar and Padmapriya. The supporting cast features Chandralekha, Vajramuni, Thoogudeepa Srinivas, Tiger Prabhakar and Fighter Shetty.
The movie was shot in Nepal and became the first Kannada movie to be shot outside India
