You either have them installed upside down, OR you have them installed correctly and you aren't pushing down on the bed frame (without a mattress) hard enough. If you have a mattress on top then pushing the bed frame down is easy because of the weight of the mattress. The part at 6:42 was NOT explained well in the manual. Had me thinking they gave me a extra long bar on accident

When I pull mines down it’s more to the left then right Do you have the same problem?

Hello! Very informational…were the nuts and bolts that you start putting at 18:00 mins tight? Also, the n2 parts (pistons) dont go in and out as yours do :/

The nuts and bolts are supposed to be fully tightened 19:30. The pistons do go down it’s just that I made it look easy. I’m not timidly trying to lower the bed thinking I’m going to break it like others typically do. There is supposed to be a lot of resistance without a mattress on top. You most likely have put your full weight and pull it down to push past the position.

Hello. Are the N1 and N2 screws supposed to be tightened real tight?

Do you by any chance have the instructions for the ‘modern’ version. It’s very similar to this one but the parts are labeled differently. They didn’t include instructions in our purchase

Is the N1 piece supposed to be able to easily collapse into itself? Mine won’t at all and I think it’s prohibiting me from being able to push the bed down! Please help!!
