There is an uncomfortable tribal element to your point that you perhaps may not want to highlight, Nigeria would not treat Dangote like Allen, imagine if Innoson Motors is owned by a northerner the whole of Nigeria will be forced to by Innoson Motors. If Onyema was Fulani, Air peace would have been a national carrier. Just look at Dangote refinery been treated as a national treasure.

There is an uncomfortable nasty tribal element to the government treatment to Nigerian businesses, business owners of Igbo extraction are subjected to harsh unfavourable conditions and treatments. Dangote launched his refineries and it is treated as a national institution with all the monopoly given to Dangote. One can imagine if Dangote owned Innoson motors government would have slapped import duties on all other vehicles to promote their monopoly. If Air Peace is was northern owned Nigeria would have used Air Peace as its national carrier. Nigeria stinks to the grave with igbophobia!!

Tears roll down my eyes listening to Mr.Onyema painfully reeling out his heart for the shabby treatment those who should have been praising him have meted out to him and his organization. That's Nigeria 🇳🇬 for you! A country that doesn't honor those who are most honorable but those who are most dishonest and dishonorable which is the main fulcrum of a country that is destined never to excel in spite of her enormous potentials.

The BIGGEST scam, besides petroleum subsidy, ever perpetrated against developing countries is what is called the Bilateral Air Services Agreement (BASA). That's what he doesn't feel able to say. It's the agreement between countries over the right to admit foreign airlines into their airspace. You can understand why it's not in the interest of our corrupt leaders for Nigeria to have its own airline. The real billions are made by "selling" the sovereign landing rights to the highest bidder. Quite unfortunate. This is how some of these northern politicians and civil servants block the progress and advancement of Nigeria just because of tribalism. Imagine a minister blocking the progress of a local enterprise in favor of foreign enterprise just because of tribalism. Honestly, Nigeria is not one country and Igbo people must find a way to leave Nigeria and establish their own country, no matter the cost.

This man is a patriotic citizen. Under normal circumstances, the former minister of aviation should stand trial and subsequently jailed.

Without sentiment, to run a business in Nigeria as a Nigerian from Igbo origin is not a child player. All us know this fact. That’s one of the numerous marginalizations Ndi Igbo speak about. But thank God, the strength to create wealth is of the Lord and not from man. Nigeria can do better. That’s one of the reasons onye Igbo is seen as not fit to lead this country because most of this unfavourably gap and wickedness will stop over night meaning equal opportunities for all Nigerians irrespective of location or tribe.
