Dear. I dont know you. But may be some unsolicited advices I can offer. 1. Avoid social media. They create anxiety & increase stress specially now a days pandemic situation. which is a harm for study. Try one day without social media and you will see the extra time you get.. 2. Have a sheet of paper & write what you need to accomplish? Then adjust your time by clock according to length of the task. 3. Try some channels in youtube whom i always find helpful for productivity like thomas frank, Matt d avella, ali abdal. They have good contents. 4. There are also some videos in youtube, you search 'study with me' and may find people studying, play the video & read what you need to. 5. Dont procrastinate. Just get it done. Pray to Allah for your problems of concentration & study.... May be you already know these things. Sorry if I waste your time. You have to do your study. A lot of prayer for you. May Allah accept you.

Thus a blessing in disguise If hardship is brought for me, for example by not getting the job at the company I wanted, then it might meant the company have terrible work environment and a better opportunity is provided in the future by Allah SWT. This positive thinking is very efficient in combating depression during hard times. Think of it as you will, we are the ones actively benefiting from it

I've just had 2 days of unbearable headache, I was bed bound throughout, today had to miss my fast, but I remembered Allah throughout even more.
