Like not being able to fall asleep at night, having intrusive thoughts, anxieties and worries and yknow my mind playing the worst case scenarios or playing the terrible moments of the past which I clearly regret. I've not had a moment of peace because I'm extremely anxious. I dont wanna watch a movie or listen to music so I'm going thru ustadh nouman's lectures and making some duas at the same time. Anyone who's reading my comment pls make duas for me. I've some impossible challenges ahead which are just robbing my peace. I know it's all from Allah but y'all pls remember me in your comments. I just want to say that your lecture on Ayat-ul-Kursi a few years ago gave me motivation to study the Qur'an more deeply, not just read it or memorize it. Your lecture about the fear of Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) when he received Allah's command which showed that prophets are also humans made me listen to the stories of the prophets more closely because it turns out there are many lessons from their stories that I never realized. Verily with hardships comes ease. Make a lot of Istigfar.lots and lots. Check yourself sincerely and identify anything that you are doing that Allah frowns upon and try to stop doing those things. Do a lot of sadaqa ...as much as you can. Even a smile is charity says our Prophet SAW. May Allah gladden your heart and bless you with beneficial friends who remind you of Allah. This is amazing. I’ve just returned to the UK from Umrah this week, which wasn’t an easy trip, and this Khutbah literally made me sob with tears. I’ve had so many difficulties in my life. Lots of loss and pain. Health issues, money issues, marriage issues, anxiety, stress, depression. But with sabr and worship, these difficulties do eventually ease. For my fellow brothers and sisters who are burdened with struggle, please do remember that Allah SWT is always with you and he will never abandon you. You are not alone. May Allah ease our struggles and increase us in Imaan and Ibaadah. Ameen

Our tests are nothing compared to what our beautiful Prophets (Peace be Upon them) had to go through. May Allah help us all with our own tests as well. It’s hard, but we can’t stop. My teacher's goin through a pretty hard time .... She's pregnant and the child's father is abusive she tends to leave him but he threatens her...she has no clothes,money the husband took everything....not enough money to deliver the child and a safe home to secure herself and not to mention take care of the child.... Plz make abundant Dua for her ....she direly needs it ....

SubhanAllah! So easy and relatable examples. But There are still so many questions that are not easy to answer. A hindu friend of mine once asked me" if Allah has created each and everyone of us , he knows the flaws and powers , and not a leaf can move without his permission, because he is the creator than why isnt everything simply correct? Does he orders a wrong thing and asks the chosen ones to correct it? And I was speechless.. I hated myself for that. Wanted to answer in the best possible way but couldn't satisfy her! I am sorry to hear your sadness. I too am in hardship, I have a disabled son who I am totally devastated by. But i chose to focus on the positive. Your name has NY in it- perhaps you live in NY which people would give the world to be in(im a New Yorker) Count the blessings. The sleepless nights become tahajjud. Some days I'm so sad, believe me my despair was crippling for years. But I know my son and I are in the exact place Allah swt wants us to be. I can accept and do dhikr and study Quran daily or I can complain. I know I will hear my sons voice- if not in this world in the next. I can't wait to meet him normal, healthy in jannah inshallah. I also think of the prophets-- they had so many trials we could never imagine being in. We don't get tortured for our beliefs, we have electricity, cars, etc. May Allah help you.

Hadee,the most challenging thing I've ever done in my life was establishing the five daily prayers. By Allah,it was the most rewarding struggle I've ever faced. Btw hadee, before I was fifteen I rarely prayed consistently But the day I turned fifteen I made dua for Allah to protect me from his punishment. It got even harder when I learned men have to pray in the mosque. But Allah kept me patient The peace and stability it brought to my life was alhamdullilah May Allah increase you in patience and gratitude May Allah soften your heart May Allah increase you in iman Aameen (btw if my dua gets accepted what if hopefully we meet in jannah?)

Brother Hadee inshallah Allah will make it easier for you. Establish a routine and if you want a extra boost than you can motivate yourself to do this by "Rewarding" yourself. What do I mean by that? So let's just say you prayed your fajr and since you're getting in this habit of making Salah regularly you can "reward" yourself by giving yourself a treat or maybe something much healthier or maybe you just go out on a jog or play some sports. Rewarding yourself by doing a healthy activity something which you clearly like and enjoy. Or you could partner up with a friend (yknow someone who prays regularly) and make a schedule of your salah. Whoever has prayed all of their 5 Salahs for the whole week then the other friend (someone who was not that regular ) gets to treat them. I know they sound kinda silly or childish but you gotta start from somewhere.

If you're prayers get answered and I get cured and am able to pray the 5 daily prayers with ease and be steadfast upon them, than yes inshallah I will say you are guaranteed paradise for what you would have done for me, and even if you were a cold blooded murderer rapist God will guarantee your paradise if you can cure my sad and miserable condition, because you praying for me and me being cured and being able to pray is like you revived a whole city that was dead, starving with epidemics, wars , famine, injustice, hunger, violence, injustice, dictatorship and horror and evil, and turned it into a loving beautiful utopian perfect place where everyone is like a prophet and It turns to a paradise. That's how much you would help and save me if you really did Pray for me that I am guided and am on a straight path, and am able to pray the 5 daily prayers easily, with no difficulty, and am able to be steadfast in prayer, than that's what's equivalent to what you would do for me my amazing brother. And so monotheism and believe in muhammad with the prayers, straightens the rest of my affairs and would make life infinity easy and okay for me and you would be rewarded infinitely for helping me, and we both will meet and stay forever in paradise inshallah bithnillah.

Salam its wass wass and it's from shetan, at first before every salat ask Allah's protection against sheytan by saying "Aghouzou bilaahi mine hAmazati sheyaatiin wa Aghouzou bikka rabbih Aign yagh dourouune" and you split a little over your left shoulder ,make a lot of Astaghfiroulaah and know that its not on you, it's sheytan but stay firm in your ibaadaat in shaa Allah the Almighty will heal you

The moment you've such thoughts say, "Astagfirullah" and do some zikr. Listen to Quran more and read it. Seek Allah's protection by saying, "Bismillah al rahman al Rahem" I couldn't type it in English but say the "basmallah". Lastly dont bring yourself down if it's hard to let go of such thoughts at first. It's not easy it takes time . Allah is al Rahman and al Raheem and he'll make it easier for you to break such thought patterns. But you've to frequently do zikr and do it mindfully.

1. It was narrated that Abu Umaamah said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.” 2. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He who says, ‘Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi‘ (Glory and praise be to Allah) one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim) 3. Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet said:“There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subahana Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhana Allahi Al-`Azeem (Glory and praise be to Allah, Glorified is Allah, the Most Great.)” (Al-Bukhari) 4. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet said: He who repeats after every prayer: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest) thirty-three times; and completes the hundred with: La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa `ala kulli shai’in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent)Will have all his sins pardoned even if they may be as large as the foam on the surface of the sea.” (Muslim) 5. Zaid ibn Harithah narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whosoever says: ‘Astaghfirullaha al-`Azeem al-ladhi la ilaha illa howa Al-Hayy al-Qayyum wa atubu illayh(I ask forgiveness of Allah, the Magnificent, than Whom there is no deity, the Living, the Sustainer of existence, and I turn to Him in repentance,) his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah, which is a grave sin in Islam). (Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani) 6. The Prophet peace be upon him said "Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI) 7. Whoever reads Surah Ikhlas ten times, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise. ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) exclaimed, “If that’s the case, then we will increase in our palaces!” The Prophet ? (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) responded, “Allah is better and greater (in reward).” [Ahmad] 8. Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on Friday, it will act as a light/protection for him from one Friday to the next. [Bayhaqi] 9. Whoever performs their ablution carefully and then affirms (their faith by testifying): “Ash-hadu an laa ilaha il Allah wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa rasuluhu; Allahumma-ja’lni min at-tawaabeen waj-a’lni min al-mutatahireen”: ‘I testify that there is no true deity except Allah Alone, Who has no partners, and that Muhammad ? is His slave and Messenger; O Allah, make me from those who repent and purify themselves’ - the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him so he may enter through whichever of these gates he desires.[Tirmidhi] 10. Whoever says: “Radheetu billahi Rabba, wa bil Islaami Deena, wa bi Muhammad Nabiyya” - ‘I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, and with Islam as my Religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet,’ Paradise would be (made) mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud] 11. Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times (Allahumma inni as’aluk al-Jannah), then Paradise will say: “O Allah! Enter him into Paradise!” And whoever seeks protection with Allah from the Fire three times (Allahumma ajirni min an-Nar), the Fire will say: “O Allah! Protect him from the Fire!” [Tirmidhi] 12. Whoever is easy-going, gentle and kind, Allah will make the fire forbidden for him. [Hakim] 13. In Paradise there are rooms whose outside can be seen from the inside and the inside can be seen from the outside. Allah has prepared them for those who feed the poor, who are gentle in speech, who fast regularly and who pray at night when (other) people are asleep. [Ahmad] 14. Narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is a soorah of the Qur’an, with thirty verses, that interceded for a man until he was forgiven; it is ‘Soorah Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi’l-mulk (Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion)’ [al-Mulk 67:1].”

Ustad.... You can never imagine the motivation you gave, to a person who is completely surrounded by fire for holding her dheen!! Sub'hanallah 😢I'm at the edge of separation after 16yrs... Left all alone when it comes to dheen. I must hold on... I know HE is more than enough!! I can never compromise Islam against my marital relationship what huge loss it may bring. APPROACHING NORMAL PEOPLE AROUND THEM INSTEAD OF ONLY HEADING TO EVENTS THAT GIVES MONEY? THIS LIST GOES ON ACTUALLY. I have seen it in KZread and also from my surrounding. I can name some of them who are very well known in KZread, i however, i wont. May i have the answer of it? . I would appreciate it .

Sister you can slow the video down or turn on the captions and if you truly want to learn how to speak like ustadh nouman then take notes of how he speaks in other words, his word choices, and remember he's been living in the States so he's fluent. you can be fluent but you gotta start from somewhere. Have an environment where you speak or listen to english. Lsn to his lectures online. And finally, practise.
