My father passed away 6 weeks ago. Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihe rajeun. May Allah SWT forgive my Abba and place him in Jannatul Ferdaus. Ameen. I am very depressed and every day is difficult.

Do not be depressed, death is reality and we will all taste it,Allah is testing you,you father belongs to Allah.you will definitely see him again in jannah insha'Allah.i lost my dad too but when I think I will see him again then my pain goes away.just do good and work for jannah.be greatful to Allah.

Please be steadfast on your five daily prayers, seek Istigfar as many as you can, forgive as much as you can, don't poke your noise in things that doesn't concern you, practice patience, pray Tahajuud frequently and In-sallah, Allah will answer your prayers by his might. Don’t let the pain of a broken heart stay with you. Most people are undeserving of your love. It’s pride and the need of possession not love that stings you. Do not love a woman or a man you are not married in Islam with. It will lead to great tribulation and a bleeding heart.

Take good care for yourself, and don't ever leave your Salah, wallahi you will regret it someday, it is normal to feel saddnes, however, the more you leave your Salah the more the saddnes increases, soo.. Thank you so much for mentioning his name. he’s so different from other preachers. He knows how to connect ideology of Islam with human psychology and worldly philosophy. Which actually teaches us, Islam is such a vast religion that encompasses all humanly and unhuman factors of this world! Islam is Marvelous❤

That's what I said to myself every now and then. If Allah has written that for me, it will be. Have faith, give your best and leave it to Allah because He knows what's best for us.

Abu Hurayrah -radi Allaahu anhu- reported that the Prophet ﷺ instructed to say the following when going to bed, and indicated that whoever says it, his sins will be forgiven, even if they were as much as the foam of the sea: لَا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، لا حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ، سُبْحاَنَ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

I got you entirely and what you say gives me some strenght with Allah's permission but still it's incomparable to losing someone you know they will end up in Jahannam because they were a disbeliever. I'm a 8 month revert and it gives me huge pain thinking about my father and grandmother who passed away in disbelief.

سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ الْعَظِيْمِ

One of the protections against trials in the grave is any beneficial knowledge about Islam and Allah that you shared with others in this world. This Ramadan, share your favorite hadith, or teach someone your favorite surah or post a spiritual reminder for others! And get Allah's blessings and protection in the hereafter! No matter however small of knowledge you feel you know, it's plentiful in the sight of Allah and it's plentiful for us to learn from you! May Allah give you multiple folds of good deeds this month
