When you said that Zikr will reduce the suffocation and we will only understand when we experience it... I feel like it is actually true... day before yesterday... i felt my heart so heavy and i was filled with so many thoughts in my mind... i was sitting alone in a dark room just listening sad songs and crying more n more... slowly i felt more heavier as if something was trying to possess me... as soon as i started feeling uncomfortable... i knew what i had to do... My mind kept saying... u r sinning again n again! Stop it! U r becoming more negative while listening those songs... u r letting urself be possessed by evil spirits... Sudden i made up my mind! I won't lose to evil... i will win! I am gonna be happy and won't let negativity get in me anymore...!, I recited ayatul kursi, surah naas, surah falak, then started listening surahs on yt... while listening i kept reciting coz i almost by-hearted this surahs...surah ad-duha, surah rahman, surah mulk, surah al-kausar... and listened surah muzamil... I felt a heavy weight was liften from me... and while i was seeing in my phone listening surahs... i felt like there was something that suddenly left me... as i felt a bit lighter... i said Alhamdulillah! At correct moment Allah S.W.T gave me a sign to stop! I gotta be more careful and get more strong in my imaan... insha allah, i will win the fight between me n shaytan....

Allah (SWT), is the source of all power and strength. When you find yourself going against the way Allah (SWT) commanded us to live, there will be consequences to follow. Dajjal will be destroyed by the prophet Isa (AS) becasue Dajjal wants people to believe he is God, so Allah (SWT) sends a prophet/messenger to kill him. That way after the Dajjal has gone there can be no doubt about the true God.
