You can use either cow, sheep or goat manure. You can however make chicken tea from the manure which you will spray or fertigate. You use the chicken tea in the initial stages for leaf growth.
Is foliar fertilizer recommended ? On the leaves

How do I contact you?
I am surprised this is a scientific farming. Does chlorinated tap water affect the organic nature of this farming?

Strawberries are 92% water. This been said the chlorinated water that you take should not be so strong that you actually taste the chlorine at the tip of your tongue. What we also advice is take the chlorine water for testing at the lab. This goes a long way.
