Great video but note: there are 2016-present TX Prados from Japan with the 1GD engine and earlier versions with the 1KD. Not just petrol. Also tyre on the back allows for the fitting of an auxiliary fuel tank.

There are also Prado TX diesels from Japan with 2.8L from 2015

In the US yes they have Lexus gx 460 but powered by V8 engine.... Even the LC 300 has been removed from the US so they only have Lexus LX 600 for petrol and lx500d for diesel. Twin turbo V6 engine both even lc300.

I wonder why the land cruiser is treated like a luxury car in Kenya yet abroad it's considered a work horse yaani gari ya kazi. For example in Japan you almost always find them in construction sites outside major cities, while in UK they are mostly spotted with farmers.

Even the Toyota Fortuner is considered a work-horse. In fact, I once heard an Australian Reviewer describing the Prado and the Fortuner as ‘Agricultural’ vehicles

Best only requires good maintenance and fuel due to the injectors beyond that is a nice 4*4

You have been talking about pre purchase inspection. What do you inspect to begin with?

Lexus GX is for North America, Middle East and Eurasia. It's only sold in left hand drive markets.

TZG is a trim level, they are all exactly the same in terms of engines

The j150 Prado is the fourth generation of the Prado series and it came into play in the year 2009
