On the same voyage Capt Bligh dropped off breadfruit plants on St.Vincent first then Jamaica afterwards. They're 2 suckers trees still alive from the first breadfruit tree that was planted from that voyage in the St.Vincent Botanical gardens today. We have alot of different strains of breadfruit as well. The Breadfruit leaf was even on our first flag after independence. Vincy ppl eat breadfruit with any and everything. I don not like it tho. I always say Vincentians and Jamaicans eat the most breadfruit in the Caribbean tho !!🇻🇨🇯🇲

Wow interesting, I didn't notice that the leaf was on the St Vincent Flag. I don't really like to eat bread fruit either, but I like it fried... Would love to visit your Island in the near future. And THANKS FOR SHARING.🇯🇲🇻🇨
