I am seeing Mike Chen after 8 year on KZread. I had been M.I.A. for all that time. Back then Mike used to make videos on archeological and discovery and stuff. I was surprised to see he is now a food vlogger. It's amazing. God Bless Mike.

During Covid Tony and his mother started to sale banh Khot from their house to make ends meat. His mother was a nail tech and for obvious reasons couldn’t do that during Covid. They have a very humble beginnings.

Korean raw crab......my two parents, both doctors, would always enjoy this cuisine but when i wanted to try it, my parents whacked me on the hands and said, "raw crab too dangerous, parasites and disease"......never figured out why they ate it but told me "no". Loved them anyway. Mom, dad, enjoy all the crab in heaven. Miss you.

probably QoL stuff that had been lacking long ago when the rules and traditions were made, it's why Leviticus is severely dated in their "commandments/demands" such as no shellfish, no pork, no combining fibers, etc. A more modern adage is "don't eat sushi from a gas station (especially one that doesn't have an ocean nearby)".

I miss In n Out the most. But I want to go to that Vietnamese restaurant so bad. I can literally taste the pork and shrimp all wrapped up in lettuce and fresh cilantro and mint, doused with that sweet and spicy fish sauce. Yes please!

I'm not much on the notion of raw crab, but man, the rest of the food in this video looked amazing! Or AHH-M-EYE-ZING, as Mikey would say it. That burger especially--UNF. If that's what some would call a "heart attack on a bun,"? I'd die happy after eating it, believe you me.

Who is else is also incredibly amazed at the way Mikey has started to love sushi the last few years? He just needed someone to show him how amazing it can be.

My first try of sushi wasn't all that great but that was 25 years ago. Sushi has changed its much more dynamic in flavour profiles. I very rarely use soya sauce too salty , sushi has become more sweet and spicy.

I live 10 minutes from La Carneceria Wagyu. It's so good! Haven't tried that burger yet though. Definitely my next order

Hell yes. Korean raw crab is a taste of heaven - both the spicy and soy sauce versions. Some of my favorite meals ever have been crab in Seoul!

For my nieces 2nd birthday today,we enjoyed larb sein. Omgosh….so good! The papaya salad was too spicy for me,but the sticky rice is always a hit 😊
