i beg to differ, it had potential to be longer and the final chapters were extremelly crazy, confusing and weird, why all of the sudden the "deadly aliance" is on top of the pyramid? and why the devs thought it would be a fitting ending for this game? they could bring many characters back as boss bus you just get a reskin of shang tsung, but before this point, the entire game in general was freacking awesome

Everything the story mode did was perfect and spot on, the ending was godly epic and the Deadly Alliance are a perfect final boss, and there's nothing confusing in it. The Multiverse topic is just a trend, everyone is doing it, and that doesn't mean everyone *should* do it, at this point, doing the universe/timeline/alternate versions collide in any piece of media, is a signal that their creators don't know what to do with their IP anymore, so they just jump right into the hot topic, no matter how convenient and forced their plot gets.

Story mode does support this, not only he brags his circle also brags like how sindel in the tournament when he faces against raiden states all of his accomplishments showing how crucial of an ally he was to the empire (what an unfortunate waste to throw all that respect away)

I can't believe I'm saying this, I had low expectations for MK1, but for once since MK11, NRS has proven me wrong. This has a better story, better roster, better characterizations, better than everything that MK11 dished out. Calling it that there will be a DLC expansion, God knows what kind of surprises await.

​@@CookedSpringtrap As much as I'd love to see Onaga as DLC in this game, it would take away the value of how much of a threat he really is. I think he'd be better off being in the next game, that way the entire game can be dedicated to him. If you think about it, there's a trend for each game: MK9: Shao Kahn (MK2 - MK Trilogy) MKX: Shinnok (MK4) MK1: Shang Tsung/Quan Chi (MK: Deadly Alliance) I think it'd only make sense if MK2 would take after MK Deception, that way Onaga can truly shine. Plus, his gameplay is vastly different than the rest of the roster due to his size; then again, knowing NRS, it could be bound to change. Who knows.
