UPDATE 1.45 Changed the base damage for moves, so this is outdated damage wise but all the ultimates are visually the same

the best ultimates are final spirit ball (from bardock) and final flash (shop) in terms of damage.

Maximum Buster is not a very strong beam ultimate but i think it looks really cool :>

Well yeah most of the main updates have to come with a new map/area, transformations for the 8 races with some of them having to be made up, and 100+ levels. And that’s not even touching the scripting, models and more the devs have to do to make the game playable, so just be patient my man.

We're getting more pretty soon, Sonny already made a new set of dragon balls (Or Shadow Dragons as a playable race more than likely the dragon balls though) so we could be getting a new map sooner than we thought
